DIRECTIONS TO JOSEPH ACADEMY

 Admission

Joseph Academy is a Private Therapeutic Day School that works with Chicago Area school district Special Education representatives to place students in the program.  Local school districts or social service agencies may have criteria regarding who they will refer to our school. You may contact your local school district or Joseph Academy directly to inquire about local criteria. Prior to acceptance an Individual Education Plan (IEP) must be completed along with the listed Joseph Academy forms. These forms require signatures of school district representatives, parents/ guardians and students.
